Your experience
With me you will learn how to create delicious pizza, starting with the dough and experimenting with non-traditional ingredients. But here, the watchword is creativity! I will reveal all the details for a perfect dough. We will start with a biga base, from which we will create classic pizzas, pizzettas, flatbreads and more. We'll choose fresh, seasonal ingredients, experimenting with flavor combinations you may never have thought to try. Together, we will create your own "Gourmet" pizza, which you can then replicate at home to delight your family and friends you invite over for dinner!
