Pizza is one of the typical preparation of Italian cuisine. I'm waiting for you in my kitchen, in a bright attic in the historic center of Vicenza.
We'll prepare the dough together, all with quality, highly digestible flours, and then we will chose the topping: there will be a classic Margherita but then we will choose seasonal and typical local products. The focaccia will satisfy you too, I'm sure!
We will end with the preparation of a dessert: we'll make tiramisu, the most famous Italian dessert in the world, born in Veneto.
We will taste everything, and in the good season we will enjoy the terrace on the walls of Vicenza. You will return home with all secrets to preparing these dishes for family and friends!

- We cooked with Elisa to celebrate my husband's birthday. And first, I want to say thank you to Elisa for decorating for him! And then she had small plates and aperitivos for us! Next we mad bigoli, gnocchi and tiramisu. Elisa gave us the local history while we cooked and we got to use a traditional bigoli press. It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.
- Elisa was an amazing host and chef and made the entire night a memorable experience. She gave us great tips on making the best Risotto and all of the dishes from the Ricotta and Kale Flan, Baccalà a Vicenza, Pumpkin Risotto and Tiramisu was delicious. Would highly recommend.
