I live in Vicenza's charming historial center, welcome you to my attic nestled in the city walls.

Uncover the unique tastes and traditional recipes of Vicenza, crafted right from my kitchen and served on her scenic terrace. We will prepare homemade pasta and the most famous italian dessert:

  1. bigoli fresh long pasta resembling thick, porous spaghetti, produced using a 17th-century press technique.
  2. creative ravioli, stuffed pasta or tagliatelle with seasonal seasoning or for an excellent pasta and beans;
  3. tiramisù, one of the most famous desserts in the world, born in Veneto. However, we're open to customizing some dishes per your preference, like gnocchi, risotto or lasagna. To complement this authentic Italian feast, expect paired wines and top it off with a rich, robust coffee.

"I'm an architect, but my favorite drawing table has always been the stove! I live in the historic center of Vicenza, in a penthouse on the walls of the city and I wait for you to discover together the typical flavors and recipes of my city. In my kitchen I always use quality raw materials, seasonal and small local producers and I will propose dishes always taken care of also in the presentation because I'm convinced that the eye wants its part. I'm an ONAF taster (National Organization of Cheese Tasters) and I attended the 1st and 2nd level of the professional qualification course of AIS (Italian Sommelier Association)."
