I will welcome you into my kitchen where we will have the opportunity to taste the delicacies of Vicenza's culinary tradition.

Together, we will explore the distinctive flavors and typical recipes of our city, always using high-quality, fresh ingredients from local family-owned producers. During this culinary experience, we will have the opportunity to prepare three traditional Vicenza pasta dishes:

  1. bigoli (long pasta) or gargati (short pasta) formats made with a typical press;
  2. tagliatelle to season according to the season or for excellent pasta and beans;
  3. ravioli, stuffed pasta. If you prefer, alternatively, gnocchi, risotto or a seasonal lasagna. A good wine to accompany and to finish, coffee and local sweets.

"I'm an architect, but my favorite drawing table has always been the stove! I live in the historic center of Vicenza, in a penthouse on the walls of the city and I wait for you to discover together the typical flavors and recipes of my city. In my kitchen I always use quality raw materials, seasonal and small local producers and I will propose dishes always taken care of also in the presentation because I'm convinced that the eye wants its part. I'm an ONAF taster (National Organization of Cheese Tasters) and I attended the 1st and 2nd level of the professional qualification course of AIS (Italian Sommelier Association)."
