I will be very happy to host you for this experience in my kitchen, in an rooftop on the walls of the historic center of Vicenza, to learn about the most typical dish of my town.
We will discover the secrets of stockfish, the cod that comes from the North Sea, and I'll teach you all the secrets for the perfect recipes with "his majesty the stockfish" and I'll tell you the stories and legends that accompany the various dishes, too.
Together we will prepare 3 dishes with stockfish:
- - stockfish croquettes
- - polenta and Vicenza-style stockfish
- - a delicate risotto with stockfish
You will also taste local wines and it will be a pleasure to offer you a good coffee and a typical sweet.

In my kitchen I always use quality raw materials, seasonal and small local producers and I will propose dishes always taken care of also in the presentation because I'm convinced that the eye wants its part. I'm an ONAF taster (National Organization of Cheese Tasters) and I attended the 1st and 2nd level of the professional qualification course of AIS (Italian Sommelier Association)."
