I live in the historic center of Vicenza, in an attic on the city walls.
I'll welcome you into my kitchen to introduce you to the typical flavors and recipes of my city. I love my city and I want to share with you the secrets of its cuisine, and more. We will prepare 3 dishes together: an appetizer, a typical fresh pasta and a dessert. Above you will find some proposals but we can also evaluate alternatives: other cicchetti as a starter, even tagliatelle or ravioli, and as a dessert it could be fregolotta or zaleti biscuits made with corn flour. Local wines with our dishes and good coffee to finish. It will be a unique cooking experience that you will remenber: we'll cook together and I'll tell you many stories related to all dishes.
