Your experience
I live in the historic center of Vicenza, in an rooftop colse the city walls. I will welcome you in my kitchen, and on my terrace, to discover together the typical flavors and recipes of Vicenza.
The dessert of Vicenza have a very long tradition, made of poor but good ingredients, genuine and rich in flavour.
These are some proposals that we could prepare together:
- - "putàna" cake, a humid dessert made with polenta;
- - fregolotta, a crumb dessert made with almonds and corn flour;
- - tiramisù, the most famous Italian dessert in the world, born in Veneto.
But you can also opt for zaleti (corn flour biscuits), fried cream or castagnaccio (chestnut cake).
I'm waiting for you for this sweet lesson and to taste everything together with a coffee, a tea, a sweet wine or a glass of grappa.

I live in the historic center of Vicenza, in a penthouse on the walls of the city and I wait for you to discover together the typical flavors and recipes of my city. In my kitchen I always use quality raw materials, seasonal and small local producers and I will propose dishes always taken care of also in the presentation because I'm convinced that the eye wants its part. I'm an ONAF taster (National Organization of Cheese Tasters) and I attended the 1st and 2nd level of the professional qualification course of AIS (Italian Sommelier Association)."
