Learning about the cuisine starting with its peasant ingredients, guests will taste a selection of cicchetti prepared with Lessinia cold cuts and cheeses,
The aperitif will be served in the garden. We will cook a herb risotto from the garden with vialone nano rice . We will taste the main course and dessert together telling anecdotes and stories related to the proposed dishes. If time permits guests will have the opportunity to see our small olive grove
