Learning about the cuisine starting with its peasant ingredients, guests will taste a selection of cicchetti prepared with Lessinia cold cuts and cheeses,

The aperitif will be served in the garden. We will cook a herb risotto from the garden with vialone nano rice . We will taste the main course and dessert together telling anecdotes and stories related to the proposed dishes. If time permits guests will have the opportunity to see our small olive grove

: This was one of the best experiences of my life! I've always wanted to take a cooking class and no better place than Italy! Cristiana was absolutely amazing! She was so warm, welcoming, and truly made us feel like we were home. She explained things and made it so easy to learn. We plan on making pasta from scratch all the time now!
