Learning about the cuisine starting with its peasant ingredients, guests will taste a selection of cicchetti prepared with Lessinia cold cuts and cheeses,
The aperitif will be served in the garden. We will cook a herb risotto from the garden with vialone nano rice . We will taste the main course and dessert together telling anecdotes and stories related to the proposed dishes. If time permits guests will have the opportunity to see our small olive grove

- The two hosts had a great passion for their food, their traditions, and love for the community. They shared local recipes and we had the pleasure of them taking us to buy our chosen ingredients before we made our food and then ate it. The Cesarine experience was unique and wonderful. They clearly care about every single detail, and we would recommend them to anyone with an interest in food and culture.
