Hi from Anna!

Anna welcomes her guests to her home located right in the middle of the historical center of Genoa, a city characterized by a unique cultural patrimony and beauty, as well as a delicious culinary tradition. Whoever has the pleasure of sitting down to eat with our Cesarina can, among other things, enjoy the wonderful view from Anna’s terrace.Anna's passion for cooking emerged relatively late. It was only at the age of 20 that she started to take an interest in the family recipes. In just a few years, however, our Cesarina made up for lost time. Today, what began as a simple interest has now blossomed into a real calling. Among her future projects, Anna would like to open a business of her own. For the moment, she is content to delight her guests with the specialties of Ligurian cuisine, a cuisine that so ancient and full of flavor, every dish is unforgettable.

It was lovely to meet Anna and to be welcomed into her home to learn to cook some local food. The food was amazing and the knowledge Anna passed onto us was great about lots of different things. We don't speak Italian, but thank goodness Anna's English was better than she believed it to be. Had a lot of laughs and really enjoyed our experience. Grazie Anna xx

Our small group (4 ladies) enjoyed cooking with Anna! Her home was easy to find and the kitchen was perfect for our small group. We made 2 pastas and a tiramisu that were all delicious!

We've had an absolute amazing time with Anna during the street food tour and our pasta cooking class. I'm lacatose intollerant and she made sure to have all cheeses that I was allowed to have. She has shown us Genoa in such a beautiful way. The cooking class was a dream come true, we learned about the local/region pasta and pasta sauses and she makes delicious focaccia!

Anna was absolutely a wonderful host and the experience was fantastic. Her and her family were very friendly and welcoming and we all got along perfectly. The food we made was absolutely delicious and I feel like what we worked on would be something I can eventually try doing at home!
