Hi from Luca!

Riomaggiore is an example of the beauty of the Cinque Terre and their natural environment, dominated by Mediterranean vegetation.Here we meet Luca, an architect with a passion for cooking. Our Cesarino, as a child, helped his grandmother in preparing lunches and dinners for the whole family and, above all, in the creation of special recipes for special occasions.

: The cooking class was excellent. Luca did a great job in taking us through the whole process and the food was great. The only downside was find the place was a little challenging as one of our party members uses a cane. Transversing the step to his place was a challenge, but when you consider the age of the buildings, they were not built with our handicap requirements of today. Luca sent detailed instructions on how to get to his place, but we missed the street sign and walked farther than we needed to.

: Luca was an extremely good and patient teacher. He was very knowledgeable about the dishes we were making and their histories. It was such a fun experience!

: My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with Luca. He was funny and shared a lot of information about the foods we were making-pesto, trophie pasta, and tiramisu. Our group then shared the foods we made. Very fun class! I would recommend this class if you are Cinque Terre.
