"You always cook thinking of someone, otherwise you're just preparing food"What I love most is passing down the traditions of my region through culinary art, that is, everything that has been passed down to me by my grandmothers since I was a child. A journey that goes from homemade pasta, to traditional pittule, to the typical sweets of my land.

- What a blast! Lucia was nothing short of amazing! We had an amazing time at the market with her and her friend Paolo. Pasta making was so much fun as well as tiramisu and best of all we had it for lunch…Bravo! Grazie mille
- We had a wonderful time. Lucia gave us excellent, hands-on instruction in pasta making and Tiramisu. She was very warm and welcoming and we had interesting conversation about food and life in Puglia over delicious home cooking. - Der Abend bei Lucia und Paolo war wunderbar! Wir haben nun gelernt wie man Orecchiette & Co. selbst hinkriegt und freuen uns, das Wissen für zu Hause anzuwenden. Lucia ist eine charmante und herzliche Gastgeberin und das Abendessen wie auch das tiramisu molto Italian e simplicamente fantastico - mille grazie!
- We hebben een heel leuke avond gehad. We hebben 2 soorten pasta gemaakt en een heerlijke tiramisu. Lucia en de gastheren waren heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Dankjewel!
