Hi from Tania!

From generation to generation, our family's love for Tuscan and Arezzo cuisine has thrived. I mastered pasta-making, crafting pappardelle and tortelli since childhood. I embrace the past with modern twists like peposo and stew, roasting in a wood-burning oven, and crafting delectable desserts like roll of the king, cantucci, and zuccotti.

Our experience with Tania was wonderful. She and her husband were so friendly and generous. We learned so much and enjoyed a lot of delicious food. Would definitely recommend for anyone!

Cooking with our host Tania was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all of my expectations. Tania welcomed me and my sister into her home as if we were family. We spent the day making fresh pasta with herbs from her garden and the most delicious tiramisu. Her whole family (husband, mother, daughter, pets!) came to cook with us and it made the experience so special. The pasta and tiramisu we made were excellent, but the feeling of being welcomed into their home was what made it truly memorable. Tania gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip that we would have missed on our own. An incredible experience with flavors and feelings we will always remember!
