- wonderful day learning many typical Tuscan recipes. Valentina's house is beautiful, you can see an exciting panorama, with many olive trees and vineyards. Valentina and her daughter are very good, nice and excellent hosts
- Valentina and her daughter welcomed us so warmly. With another couple we had so much fun learning how to make pici and tagliatelle. We all participated and Valentina graciously answered all of my questions. Tasting the fruits of our labour with wine and followed by a sumptuous tiramisu was amazing. This cooking experience with Valentina and her family was one of the highlights of my trip to Italy!
