    Soy Oriana, vuestra Cesarina de Bolonia, y vivo a pocos pasos de uno de los lugares más evocadores y ricos en historia de la ciudad, la Basílica de Santo Stefano. En las calles empedradas del centro histórico, donde los boloñeses y los turistas se mezclan en un animado ballet diario, paso gran parte de mi tiempo entre mi familia y la cocina. Te invito a unirte a nosotros para un almuerzo o una cena especial en la que no solo podrás saborear las delicias de la cocina boloñesa, sino que también tendrás la oportunidad de asistir a una demostración culinaria de uno de los platos principales. Estoy deseando compartir contigo la calidez de mi cocina y los secretos de mis recetas. ¡Te espero!

    Everything was so nice, we learned to do pasta, and tiramisu There were lots of laughs and joy! We had so much fun with Oriana! And we recommend her to everybody !!

    I had the most wonderful experience at Oriana’s cooking class! From the moment we arrived, Oriana made us feel completely at home warm and welcoming. She guided us step by step through the art of making fresh tortellini from scratch, Every step was very fun, and Oriana shared so many helpful tips about ingredients and techniques. After the tortellini, we moved on to tiramisu. Oriana’s version was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, and she taught us how to layer it perfectly . We got to enjoy everything we made together. It wasn’t just a cooking class it was a great experience. I left feeling inspired, full, and excited to try everything again at home. Thank you, Oriana, for such a memorable day. I’d recommend this class to anyone who loves Italian food and authentic local experiences!

    I booked a pasta making experience for my partner and I. This was an amazing class and something I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Bologna. Our host Oriana was wonderful, she has a great humour and teaching skills that made the class pass very quickly. In the time we had we learned how to make 3 different pasta shapes tagliatelle, tagliolini and a riccota tortellini. While the dough was proving, we shared glasses of wine as well as stories. The meals we enjoyed while waiting on the prooving where flavourful and light. After the pasta proved, Oriana made 3 brillant meals that accommodated a mix of a vegetarian and meat eater. It was delicious!! Couldn't of asked for a better host.

    My family’s experience cooking with Oriana was truly amazing. She was so welcoming and made us feel right at home and part of her family. No other experience we had on our Italian vacation was able to top this. She is a truly beautiful person and if you ever get the chance to book an evening cooking with Oriana, I would absolutely do it. Cesarine is lucky to have someone like Oriana representing them.     Oriana, nuestra Cesarina, vive a pocos pasos de uno de los lugares más evocadores y ricos en historia de Bolonia, la Basílica de Santo Stefano. Aquí, en una de las zonas del centro histórico más queridas tanto por los boloñeses como por los turistas, Oriana nos presenta a su familia: Salvatore, su marido, y sus cuatro hijos, a quienes les encanta mimarlos cocinando para ellos de forma saludable y tratando de transmitirles las recetas familiares. Oriana es de origen napolitano, pero vive en Bolonia y aquí ha aprendido a hacer la pasta, el ragú a la boloñesa, además, se deleita eligiendo los mejores trozos de carne para preparar un excelente bollito y, para la más pequeña de sus hijas, amante de los tortellini, los cocina rigurosamente en caldo.
