« J'ai toujours considéré l'hospitalité comme quelque chose d'important, une source de croissance et de développement personnel, à travers l'échange culturel qui peut également passer par la nourriture. J'ai toujours aimé cuisiner, depuis mon adolescence, ici, dans ma maison, dans un palais du milieu du XIXe siècle situé dans le centre historique de Catane, une ville qui, avec la beauté de son baroque, son climat et son sol volcanique, donne aux produits une saveur exceptionnelle. »

- The Hands in Dough and Rolling Pin cooking class with Antonella was amazing. She walked us through how to make and cook pasta in her charming family home, sharing her techniques and old family recipes. We made three different types of pasta and ended the day with a incredible meal. Antonella is a wonderful cook and person, who made our day relaxing and fun.
- Wonderful experience cooking with authentic Sicilian woman. Beautiful home and we made 3 types of pasta and appetizers. Enjoyed the 4 hours we spent with Antonella. She was patient and very attentive to our group. Highly recommend.

We talked about the different ingredients and how they affect the flavors of the dish. When everything was prepared we set the table together and ate our delicious meal. I took many pictures of the fresh vegetables , all so beautiful , the cheeses, coffees breads and pastries. We could have stayed there forever! We felt like “ home” at her apartment and cooking with her was euphoric It was a perfect day, a glorious meal and I took home recipes to make this weekend. Cannot wait. Thank you !!
