Bonjour de la part de Tessa !

J'aime profondément cuisiner, en particulier les plats à base de poisson. Les moules sont l'une de mes spécialités, que je prépare de nombreuses façons savoureuses, des sautés aux plats de pâtes parfumés à la mer. J'aime aussi préparer des gnocchis maison, moelleux et authentiques, comme le veut la tradition. Et pour finir en douceur, je ne manque jamais de servir mes plats préférés : le tiramisù, crémeux et envoûtant, et la pastiera napoletana, que je prépare selon la recette authentique transmise dans ma famille. Pour moi, cuisiner est un geste d'amour et de partage, une façon d'apporter un peu de bonheur à table.
