Pour Vincenzo et Stefania, la cuisine et l'hospitalité sont les deux plus grands plaisirs de la vie, d'autant plus agréables lorsqu'ils sont partagés sur leur magnifique terrasse avec vue sur le lac de Côme. « Pour nous, être dans la cuisine et préparer un déjeuner ou un dîner n'est pas seulement un moment de détente à passer ensemble, mais un véritable rituel : nous faisons tout pour que le moment passé à table soit magique ».

- Vincenzo was such a great host and teacher! We had a wonderful time and will be making pasta for Christmas!
- What an incredible experience! From the amazing view of Lake Como we enjoyed from Vincenzo's balcony to the scrumptious meal we helped to prepare (we made two different types of pasta that Vincenzo turned into dishes that delighted our tastebuds! and tiramisu!), our time in his kitchen was the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful part of the country. We even left with instructions on how to make the lemoncello back home in the states - he served this to us as a final treat for the evening. Salute!
- We had the most amazing time with Vincenzo and stefania! If we are ever back in Como, we will be seeing them again!
- At first Stefania was a little confused as to who were showing up at her home.. all 5 of us. She hadn’t had us on her agenda for that day. We were confused as well because our travel agent had booked this cooking class for me and my family. She opened her door with a big hello and surprised look on her face. My agent mistakenly made our appt for the following year. Well needless the say the problem was resolved when Stephania and Vincenzo graciously opened their home to us any way. We made delicious pasta and Tarimisu while laughing and conversing over the cooking process. The view was amazing and we sat outside on their deck over looking the city. I would definitely say we made new friends and refer them to anyone interested in having a friend in Lake Como to have dinner with as well. :)
