Con il mio compagno, conoscitore di vini , che mi segue nelle mie creazioni, prepariamo piatti che rispettano la tradizione con particolare attenzione alla ricerca e selezione degli ingredienti."

What an absolutely wonderful evening in Baveno learning to make pasta with Gabriella. We made tagliatelle with simple & fresh tomato sauce and delicious ricotta filled ravioli then tiramisu for dessert. Gabriella’s sous chef/ assistant Fausto played opera music as background atmosphere to enhance the experience. We loved it. There is nothing like being welcomed into an Italian home by lovely people, learning techniques to prepare delicious Italian food then sitting down for a meal of amazing food and wine and conversation. What a wonderful evening in Baveno!

Gabriella was a wonderful host. She welcomed us into her home and had lovely lemon water ready for us. Her instructions were very clear and her guidance through the cooking was easy to follow. We learned so many cooking tips we had not learned in any recipes for the same dish. She set a lovely table and we had an enjoyable family style lunch. We recommend this to others who might be hesitant to try the experience.

We enjoyed a lovely 4 course lunch with wine and coffee. Gabriela guided us through the preparation and cooking of our fresh Gnocchi. We also picked up lots of hints and tips for the prearartion of Aubergine starter and a Tiramasu sweet. We left with the recipes to prepare these at home. We really enjoyed the delicious food and this experience with Gabriela, highly recommended!

Consiglio a tutti Gabriella come Cesarina. Ospitale e attenta, simpatica e sempre col sorriso nella sua casetta vista Lago Maggiore. È stata una bellissima esperienza! Abbiamo cucinato insieme con prodotti del territorio e ci siamo scambiate opinioni e consigli culinari. Il suo Bunet poi era buonissimo. Assolutamente un’esperienza da non perdere.
