Vi accolgo con piacere nella mia casa di campagna, sulle colline sorrentine, per offrirvi un esperienza unica, immersi nella natura e per cucinare insieme alcuni piatti tipici della tradizione. L'esperienza prevede un aperitivo iniziale e la preparazione di due primi, ravioli alla caprese e gnocchi alla sorrentina, poi prepareremo insieme il tiramisù, uno dei dolci più famosi della tradizione italiana. Per deliziare il tutto concluderemo con un buon caffè e il limoncello, prodotto con i limoni della nostra terra. Vi aspetto!

It was an exceptional day. The family is incredible - from Rachele who planned every detail to perfection to Andrea who provided the English translation to the grandma who generously shared her techniques- the family is so special. Piano do Sorrento is 20 mins from Positano and is magical. We made Tiramisu which was the best one we have ever had. The pasta was perfection and the lunch was exceptional. Unforgettable experience!!!

Absoultely Amazing!! Highly Recommend! Rachele and her son Andrea were so inviting. Their family home was just beautiful, they showed us all around their gardens. The table was exquisitely set overlooking the town and ocean. And outdoor kitchen was lovely. We made tiramisu, ravioli, & gnocchi. It was one of the highlights of our family trip to Italy! :) Thank you again!!!

What an experience this was. We are so thankful for Rachele and her family to accommodate us. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed this cooking, learning traditional Italian ways and then tasting it too. The food you cook with is so fresh, you get to see the garden it has come from along with learning a few things about the land. Truly was a brilliant experience and we really did enjoy ourselves. We cannot thank you enough.

Our experience with Rachele and her family at their stunning property in Piano di Sorrento was the absolute highlight of our trip. Their home is incredible, with an open air outdoor kitchen and dining space, massive gardens and beautiful landscaping bordered by olive and lemon trees. Rachele, her mother, her son and her father all contributed to making us feel incredibly welcomed. We learned how to make tiramisu, gnocchi and ravioli from scratch and then enjoyed the fruits of our labor from their terrace dining space overlooking Sorrento and the sea. They were extremely gracious hosts and I can’t wait to return when I bring a group back to Sorrento for a yoga retreat.

This was THE BEST part of our entire family trip! This home and family are so kind and gracious with a beautiful home and big hearts we were invited to learn to cook delicious memorable meals…. And then we even sat in this gorgeous pergola in nature and ate the incredible food that WE made. I can’t tell you enough, if you are reading this review and trying to decide which cooking class to book or if you should book one at all… I can tell you 100% with certainty you will be so pleased. Amazing. Must do. 10/10.

La mia cucina si basa sulla semplicità e sull'utilizzo di prodotti freschi coltivati direttamente nella nostra proprietà. Le ricette che propongo rispecchiano le tradizioni familiari e i piatti tipici campani e locali, come gli gnocchi alla sorrentina, la pizza margherita cotta nel forno a legna, gli spaghetti alla Nerano, le montanarine e la caprese di pomodoro e mozzarella.
