Vi accolgo con piacere nella mia casa di campagna, sulle colline sorrentine, per offrirvi un esperienza unica, immersi nella natura e per cucinare insieme alcuni piatti tipici della tradizione. L'esperienza prevede un aperitivo iniziale e la preparazione di due primi, ravioli alla caprese e gnocchi alla sorrentina, poi prepareremo insieme il tiramisù, uno dei dolci più famosi della tradizione italiana. Per deliziare il tutto concluderemo con un buon caffè e il limoncello, prodotto con i limoni della nostra terra. Vi aspetto!

- This was one of the most AMAZING experiences in all of our Italian trip. We have been traveling for a few weeks experiencing a variety of adventures. THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT - ONE OF THE TOP 3! Rachele and her family were so wonderful. The setting is beyond magical high up in the hills overlooking Sorrento. Their gardens provide the delicious food we prepared. Rachele's son joined us the whole time and interpreted everything for us. I honestly did not want the day to end. When I come back, this experience will be top on my list. I can't wait!!
- Rachele Castellano and her son Andrea were absolutely amazing. My sister Daphne and I had the most incredible experience with them and recommend them highly! We visited a local bakery where we were greeted as family and got to taste their delicious homemade wares. And we visited a mozzarella family run business where we got to see how the various forms of mozzarella were created. Then it was off to Rachele’s home where we had a delicious lunch using their home grown tomatoes, homemade olive oil, family made wine, and family made nocino! Their home was located in an idyllic spot on the mountainside with spectacular views and we couldn’t have had a more positive experience. For anyone wanting an authentic and amazing local experience ask for Rachele.
- An EXCEPTIONAL experience!! Raquele and her son Andrea were simply amazing. They were welcoming, warm, incredibly hospitable hosts. We visited their local bakery where we were treated to delicious treats and coffee. Then they took us to their local mozzarella factory where we saw how the cheese is made. We were served a delicious lunch of fresh bread, mozzarella, fresh basil and tomatoes from her garden. Dessert was a limone tart. The stunning wine was made by her father and the Nocino made by her mother! We sat outside in the courtyard of their beautiful old stone house up on the hill. They even drove us back to our hotel afterwards. We cannot speak highly enough of our fantastic time with these lovely folks. Highly recommend. Our sincere and heartfelt thanks for our truly marvellous time with them.
- We just returned from our stay in Sorrento. The highlight of our trip was the afternoon we spent with Rachele and her family. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Our lunch was over the top and she went above and beyond to help celebrate a special occasion with my group. I cannot recommend this cooking demo and lunch enough and I cant wait to go back to Sorrento again just to do this experience again! The food was unreal and the photos don’t do her location justice. I wish Rachele and her beautiful family the best of luck ! They will undoubtedly be very successful.
