Impara con il mio aiuto a preparare una pizza napoletana. Insieme a me, ti mostrerò come ottenere un impasto semplice ma gustoso, e come stendere, farcire e cuocere la tua pizza nel mio forno a legna. Il tutto avverrà nella tranquillità del mio giardino, con la meravigliosa vista di Sorrento, patria dei profumatissimi limoni e della gustosa mozzarella. Durante l'estate, potrai trovare nel mio orto la frutta e la verdura di stagione, e godere del panorama dal mio terrazzo che abbraccia tutta Sorrento, con il Vesuvio nel pieno della sua bellezza. Sarà un piacere ospitarti per farti assaporare la nostra tradizione e mostrarti la passione con cui realizziamo i nostri piatti!

This was a highlight of our trip. We would recommend this class to anyone. It was Informative and learned so much. But we also had a blast. Her home is beautiful. I can not recommend this class enough. You will be so happy you chose this cooking class.

We had an incredible experience with Alessandra and Rubina for our private cooking class at their villa. They offered a ride from our starting point to their home, where we were welcomed with a choice of Prosecco or espresso along with homemade aperitivo to begin our immersive cooking and dining experience. The home sits in the cliffs of Sorrento, with an amazing view of the sea and Mount Vesuvius. Alessandra then welcomed us into her kitchen where she lead us through each step of cooking a 3 course authentic Italian meal. All 3 dishes were traditional sorrento recipes. We had the chance to chat, ask questions, and learn special techniques. Rubina helped translate our English to Italian and visa versa and both women had amazing energy and personalities - making the class fun and customized to us! Once we finished cooking, my husband and I enjoyed the meal we cooked on the deck overlooking the views. Along with our meal we enjoyed red wine and homemade limoncello. All ingredients were fresh from Alessandra’s garden and she shared all recipes and lots of photos from our experience for our keeping. We booked this class with the goal of having an authentic Italian experience and were not disappointed!!

Alessandra and Rubina were amazing! They welcomed us in as if we were family and were very helpful with their explanations. We learned how to make ravioli - 3 different ways, gnocchi, and tiramisu. The food was delicious! If you’re looking for a cooking class in Sorento, we highly recommend!

Alessandro and rubina were the perfect hosts! We can not recommend this cooking class enough. We were treated like family and made to feel so welcome in Alessandra's stunning home. The view of Mt Vesuvius was breathtaking. We were spoilt with processco and appetisers on the balcony. Then had a hands on experience making ravioli 2 ways, gnocchi and delicious tiramisu. The best part of the lesson was learning how to make delicious food that we can cook for our family when we get home. To finish the lesson we were treated to alessandra's home made limoncello and a coffee. Rubina and alessandra , we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are so grateful to have experienced this day.

Today, we had one of the most amazing cooking classes ever! From the moment they picked us up from our accommodation to the time they dropped us off, everything was perfect. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of their family in their beautiful home. We kicked off the experience with a delicious deep-fried Nutella ravioli, setting the tone for an incredible culinary journey. We then made and tried three different types of pasta, with the gnocchi being our absolute favorite—so soft and flavorful! To top it all off, we finished with the classic tiramisu, which was simply divine. The Prosecco and red wine complemented the meal perfectly. The entire experience was not just about cooking but about enjoying good food, great company, and learning from passionate hosts. This class was more than we could have asked for, and we’re excited to bring these recipes home to share with our friends and family. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

"Amo la cucina tradizionale e mi appassionano i lievitati, soprattutto la pizza napoletana realizzata con il mio lievito madre, con cui faccio pani profumati, di qualsiasi tipo di farina". Alla sua tavola sapori di mare e di terra, ricette della tradizione culinaria sorrentina,  profumata e gustosa.
