Corso di cucina: impara a cucinare le ricette della tradizione italiana con una Cesarina locale
Benvenuti a bordo di una sessione di cucina che vi porterà in un viaggio attraverso tre incantevoli luoghi della mia terra, rendendo omaggio alla tipicità di tre piatti conosciuti a livello internazionale.
Cominceremo la nostra avventura a Capri con il "raviolo alla caprese", un involucro di pasta fresca che racchiude un delicato ripieno, condito con una salsa a base di pomodorini freschi. Da Capri ci sposteremo a Sorrento, dove l'impasto dello gnocco è semplice ma l'uso degli ingredienti è ciò che fa la differenza: una ricca passata di pomodoro, il nostro cremoso fiordilatte e l'olio extravergine d'oliva delle colline circostanti. Infine, faremo tappa a Nerano per scoprire lo "scialatiello", una pasta fresca inventata da uno chef di Sorrento.

- This was during our honeymoon and we could not have had a better experience. We both loved our time with Laura! She made what seemed like a labor intensive process very fun and enjoyable. Laura is a breath of fresh air, knowledgable and most importantly, patient! We both believe that others who do not schedule a class from her are doing themselves a huge disservice. She made us feel very welcomed in her home like we were her own family.
- We had the best experience cooking with Laura and her daughter! Welcomed with open arms and had delightful appetizers to start on the balcony. We made gnocchi that was beyond delicious and laughed and learned! If you want the best food in Sorrento then please come to the cooking class and enjoy learning from one of the very best!
- We had a great evening hosted by the lovely Laura and her 2 helpers. They made us feel so welcome in the home. The food was lovely and I will be making some things again at home. If you enjoy food and experiencing real Italian home cooking then I recommend this
- Laura is AMAZING my boyfriend and I had the best time learning to make pasta and tiramisu. She was so kind and the food was incredible. This was one of our very favorite experiences!!!
- Laura and her son were excellent hosts and teachers! Very kind, genuine and wholesome folks. We felt very welcomed in their home and had a lot of fun making our 3 different pastas. All 3 were unique and tasted wonderful. The wine and snacks prior and the cafe after lunch was great and appreciated as well. We had a 10 day road trip through southern Italy and our cooking class was the highlight of the trip. Thankyou!
