Benvenuti a bordo di una sessione di cucina che vi porterà in un viaggio attraverso tre incantevoli luoghi della mia terra, rendendo omaggio alla tipicità di tre piatti conosciuti a livello internazionale.
Cominceremo la nostra avventura a Capri con il "raviolo alla caprese", un involucro di pasta fresca che racchiude un delicato ripieno, condito con una salsa a base di pomodorini freschi. Da Capri ci sposteremo a Sorrento, dove l'impasto dello gnocco è semplice ma l'uso degli ingredienti è ciò che fa la differenza: una ricca passata di pomodoro, il nostro cremoso fiordilatte e l'olio extravergine d'oliva delle colline circostanti. Infine, faremo tappa a Nerano per scoprire lo "scialatiello", una pasta fresca inventata da uno chef di Sorrento.

- We had the best afternoon being spoiled by Laura and her boy. Ensure you come with an empty stomach as there is so much food including a delicious appetizer board that was beautifully presented and very tasty. We loved the intimate experience they created and found it was much better than a large group setting. We learned so much and cannot wait to take our learnings back home to our families. The dishes were all amazing and we left as tiramisu lovers. We can’t thank they enough for this experience and will be sure to pass along to any friends/family who visit the area in the future. :)
