Sorrento, scrigno di bellezza della Campania, è internazionalmente nota non solo per il fascino del mare e dei suoi panorami, ma anche per il seducente richiamo esercitato dalle eccellenze gastronomiche del territorio.  A pochi passi dalla centrale Piazza Tasso c’è la casa di Laura ed Ettore. La passione per la cucina, qui, è storia di famiglia: per loro cucinare significa celebrare un rito fatto di accoglienza, di amore e condivisione del buon cibo. Laura custodisce ed attinge ispirazione ad antichi ricettari di famiglia, ma la cucina di Laura ed Ettore è un vivace laboratorio creativo, fatto di tradizione ed innovazione che si fondono tra loro per raccontare agli ospiti la storia gastronomica di un territorio generoso e dalle risorse agroalimentari straordinarie!

An excellent experience! Had the absolute best time at this cooking class and it was exactly we were looking for. Perfect private class for our party of 4, with delicious appetizers, 2 entrees, dessert, ans endless wine! The hosts were amazing and super accommodating. Can’t recommend this enough

Dinner with Laura and Gaia was absolutely amazing! Laura was very patient with us and allowed us to ask questions! The entire evening was very enjoyable as we got to enjoy dinner privately with romantic music as we celebrated our anniversary! This was a lot more personal than a cooking class through a restaurant and it is an authentic Italian experience getting to learn recipes from a real Italian Nonna! Definitely the highlight of our first trop to Italy!

Laura and her daughter, Francesca, were excellent hosts. Very lovely and welcoming. We were welcomed with wine and a large platter of appetisers which were delicious. We started the course by making tiramisu before making the dough for the pasta. The dough was very simple which is great as we can replicate it at home. We made gnocchi and ravioli with 2 types of tomato sauce. Laura put her own spin on the dishes
