La pasta fatta in casa a Sorrento è un'esperienza che racchiude il gusto delle tranquille domeniche in famiglia e delle tradizioni tramandate nel tempo.
Nel lontano 1979, un rinomato chef di Sorrento ha sperimentato, prova dopo prova, per creare lo "scialatiello" - una pasta fresca e rustica, progettata per catturare ogni sapore dei sughi. Durante questa esperienza culinaria, condividerò con voi i segreti di questa pasta speciale, affinché possiate sperimentare la magia anche a casa vostra. Successivamente, ci immergeremo nella preparazione della pasta per i ravioli alla caprese, e soprattutto, vi insegnerò come creare il ripieno profumato che li renderà irresistibili. Concluderemo con un classico italiano: il soffice tiramisù.

- Dinner with Laura and Gaia was absolutely amazing! Laura was very patient with us and allowed us to ask questions! The entire evening was very enjoyable as we got to enjoy dinner privately with romantic music as we celebrated our anniversary! This was a lot more personal than a cooking class through a restaurant and it is an authentic Italian experience getting to learn recipes from a real Italian Nonna! Definitely the highlight of our first trop to Italy!
- Laura and her daughter, Francesca, were excellent hosts. Very lovely and welcoming. We were welcomed with wine and a large platter of appetisers which were delicious. We started the course by making tiramisu before making the dough for the pasta. The dough was very simple which is great as we can replicate it at home. We made gnocchi and ravioli with 2 types of tomato sauce. Laura put her own spin on the dishes
