Durante l'esperienza, sarò lieto di guidarvi nella preparazione dei piatti classici della Costiera Amalfitana. Dopo averli preparati insieme, ci accomoderemo a tavola per assaporare le delizie appena create. Inizieremo con una gustosa pizza di scarole alla sorrentina, per poi proseguire con la saporita pasta patate e provola, tipica della cucina partenopea. Infine, concluderemo in dolcezza con una deliziosa frolla alla crema bianca e nera. Non vedo l'ora di accogliervi!

I recently attended a cooking class hosted by Cesarina Alessandra, and it was a delightful experience! Our small group of four was warmly welcomed as Alessandra picked us up and took us to the local market. We explored a fish market, a charming cheese shop, sampling fresh mozzarella and other fine cheeses, before heading to a lovely bread store. The journey to Alessandra’s beautiful home, nestled in the hills of Sorrento, was breathtaking. Once there, the cooking began, and we were treated to a warm family atmosphere. I had the pleasure of meeting her dogs, cat, son, and husband, making the experience feel even more personal. We learned how to make our own pasta dough for ravioli, and Alessandra explained the importance of minimal air exposure and timing, which we found to be a game-changer compared to our attempts at home. She guided us through the process of using the pasta machine to achieve the perfect thinness. In addition to the ravioli, we also prepared eggplant parm and tiramisu, all under Alessandra's expert guidance. The views from her home were absolutely stunning, adding to the magic of the day. It was an amazing and delicious adventure, and I highly recommend this tour to everyone looking to dive into authentic Italian cooking! Alessandra is a true professional, who guides you every step of the way. From making the pasta and stuffing the ravioli, to meticulously crafting the tiramisu, she helps create a wonderful experience. One of the best parts about this cooking class is the incredible views from her house as you cook and eat. We highly recommend this experience if you have a few days in Sorrento and want to experience an amazing Italian meal.

"Amo la cucina tradizionale e mi appassionano i lievitati, soprattutto la pizza napoletana realizzata con il mio lievito madre, con cui faccio pani profumati, di qualsiasi tipo di farina". Alla sua tavola sapori di mare e di terra, ricette della tradizione culinaria sorrentina,  profumata e gustosa.
