Vi daremo il benvenuto in una dimora d'epoca tipica, sapientemente ristrutturata nel rispetto della tradizione toscana. Avrete l'opportunità di preparare e successivamente degustare un'eccellente pasta fresca tirata a mano: i rinomati Pici! Questo sarà seguito da un succulento arrosto di Arista di maiale, (quando possibile, cotto nel forno tradizionale a legna) accompagnato da patate: un piatto che conquisterà anche i palati più raffinati.

Per concludere in dolcezza la vostra esperienza culinaria, vi proporremo una torta di mele arricchita da un delizioso gelato alla vaniglia artigianale.

"A Taste of Italy"....Cooking with Anna and Stefano I recently had the pleasure of attending an Italian cooking class with the delightful duo, Anna and Stefano, and I must say it was an experience to remember. From the moment I stepped into their cozy kitchen, I knew I was in for a treat. Anna's warm and inviting personality immediately put me at ease, and her passion for Italian cuisine was truly infectious. The class started with a brief introduction to the dishes we would be preparing, and I was impressed by the attention to detail and authenticity that Anna and Stefano brought to each step of the process. As we kneaded and rolled through the evening, I learned valuable italian cooking techniques. Anna's joy for cooking shone through as she shared her home grown herb garden with us. The genuine connection that Anna and Stefano created is a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of laughter and engaging conversation flowing throughout the evening. It felt like cooking with old friends in a cozy Italian kitchen, and I found myself completely immersed in the experience. The highlight of the evening, of course, was sitting down to enjoy the fruits of our labor. The dishes we prepared were nothing short of delicious – bursting with authentic Italian flavors and made with love. It was a true feast for the senses, and I savored every bite. In conclusion, my Italian cooking class with Anna and Stefano was a true delight. Not only did I learn valuable culinary skills and enjoy a feast fit for a king, but I also had the pleasure of spending time with two wonderful hosts who made me feel like part of their family. If you're looking for an authentic Italian experience filled with fantastic food, great company, and lots of laughter, I highly recommend cooking with Anna and Stefano. Dinner with Anna and Stefano was a truly magical experience. Pulling up to their little oasis of a home in the heart of Tuscany, I was greeted with warmth, conviviality, and of course, food. Together, we cooked, laughed, and shared a meal of honest, delectable Italian cuisine. I don't think it's possible to have anything short of a sensational experience at Anna and Stefano's home.

This was the highlight of our entire trip to Italy and for so many reasons. From the moment Anna and Stefano greeted us on the front lawn to walking us to our car then entire experience is more than anyone could expect. Immediately we felt welcomed into their beautiful home in the country. The food and drink and conversation amazing. We cooked from scratch, we drank local wine and we can not wait to do it all again. Don’t miss this experience.
