Inizieremo con un aperitivo di benvenuto nel giardino del nostro rustico casale toscano, accompagnato da un fresco prosecco e deliziosi stuzzichini, tra cui i crostini neri toscani.

Successivamente, vi immergerete in un'esperienza coinvolgente in cui metterete le mani in pasta, letteralmente. Imparerete a preparare l'ingrediente principale delle seguenti ricette:

  • Tordelli di patate e pancetta al burro e salvia, una pasta fresca ripiena tipica del territorio.
  • Tagliatelle all'uovo condite con funghi e salsiccia.
  • Pici all'aglione della Valdichiana.

Stefano and Anna were both wonderful teachers as well as perfect hosts to their lovely home. My daughter and I had such fun cooking for the afternoon and learned so much. We are excited to apply the ideas in our own home. Thank you both for a great experience.

This was the highlight of our entire trip to Italy and for so many reasons. From the moment Anna and Stefano greeted us on the front lawn to walking us to our car then entire experience is more than anyone could expect. Immediately we felt welcomed into their beautiful home in the country. The food and drink and conversation amazing. We cooked from scratch, we drank local wine and we can not wait to do it all again. Don’t miss this experience.

Anna was sensational. Stefano and her husband gave us an outstanding experience. They made us feel very welcome and were extremely hospitable and fun. Anna couldn't speak English very well, but her Stefano was a great interpreter and conversationalist. The 2 pasta dishes we made were incredibly tasty and the apple cake dessert a real winner. We'll be making the dishes again. We enjoyed the fruits of our labour with them in their home with some lovely red wine and great conversation and lots of laughs. I truly recommend Anna.
