Sotto la mia guida esperta e costante, avrete l'opportunità di scoprire i segreti della ricca tradizione culinaria toscana. Inizieremo preparando i crostini neri, tipici del nostro territorio, per poi dedicarci all'arte della stesura a mano dei famosi Pici Toscani. Questi saranno conditi con il ragù bianco, una salsa che risale a tempi antichi, precedenti alla scoperta dell'America, quando i pomodori non erano ancora presenti nella nostra cucina! Infine, ci dedicheremo al dolce: un prelibato dessert a base di mele tipiche della Valdichiana, impreziosito da un delicato gelato artigianale alla vaniglia.

The cooking class was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Anna and Stefano made us feel welcomed and was truly like hanging out with friends cooking! We highly recommend this class.

We were welcomed with open arms by Anna and her husband Stefano and immediately felt welcome. Cooking was a lot of fun and a great experience. The kitchen is very nice and we used herbs picked fresh from the garden. We already look forward to make our own pasta at home. Anna was an incredible teacher. We had so much fun learning how to make pasta in such an intimate and beautiful setting. I was such a lovely evening to have dinner with them together after cooking. They even sang happy birthday to my husband, who had his birthday that evening. Highly recommend this course for anyone who wants a true Italian experience!

What an amazing experience we had! Even our 17 month old Son loved every moment. Firstly, I am vegetarian and Anna kindly tailored the class around my diet. It was a privilege to make such amazing dishes including the tasty Tiramisu. My partner and I still haven't stop talking about our cooking class. But the cooking class is only part of the wonderful time we had, the hospitality and the chance to really sit down and spend time with Anna and Stefano was truly a special moment. To be welcomed into their stunning home and to cook food the Italian way was just so magical. And one of the highlights of our holiday. We couldn’t recommend this experience enough to anyone who wants to really have an immersive experience of Italian food, culture and wonderful Italian hosts. Thank you to Anna and Stefano for the memories!

Cannot reccomend enough spending an afternoon with Anna and Stefano. They were gracious hosts who went out of their way to provide hospitality and education . My family got along with them wonderfully and everyone had very special and indulgent time. Hope to connect again in the future.

Stefano and Anna were such gracious hosts. Their home was beautiful. They were wonderful instructors of our cooking class. Everything was delicious, especially the tiramisu! The best we’ve ever had!
