    Sotto la mia guida esperta e costante, avrete l'opportunità di scoprire i segreti della ricca tradizione culinaria toscana. Inizieremo preparando i crostini neri, tipici del nostro territorio, per poi dedicarci all'arte della stesura a mano dei famosi Pici Toscani. Questi saranno conditi con il ragù bianco, una salsa che risale a tempi antichi, precedenti alla scoperta dell'America, quando i pomodori non erano ancora presenti nella nostra cucina! Infine, ci dedicheremo al dolce: un prelibato dessert a base di mele tipiche della Valdichiana, impreziosito da un delicato gelato artigianale alla vaniglia.

    We had the most wonderful experience cooking with Anna and Stefano in their beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The kitchen was filled with laughter, stories, and the delicious aromas of authentic Italian cooking. Anna’s patience and passion for food made learning easy and fun, while Stefano kept us smiling with his warmth and hospitality. We learned traditional recipes we’ll treasure forever, and then enjoyed a meal together that felt straight from the heart of Italy. It was more than just a cooking class—it was a memory we’ll cherish for a lifetime. Highly recommended!

    By far, this was our most favorite, charming, and endearing part of our visit to Italy...we felt like FAMILY walking into the beautiful home of Anna and Stefano's and were treated like family the entire time of our stay. They are so warm, loving, and made us laugh. Not to mention, the food we created with them and that was prepared by them was out of this world DELICIOUS!! They even gave us fresh tomatoes and garlic and basil to make one of the recipes they shared with us as we left (and we didn't want to leave!) We wholeheartedly recommend their cooking class and would love to do it again!

    Absolutely amazing experience! Anna and Stefano are the most welcoming hosts you can imagine. We learned how to make 3 types of pasta and had engaging conversations throughout, both while making pasta and over an aperitivo (snacks & drinks) while the dough was resting. Cannot recommend it high enough! Oh and of course the pasta tasted great!

    Justin & I had so much fun with Anna & Stefano- our dinner at their home was truly a highlight of our trip. We loved being hosted by a warm and gracious Italian family who clearly love to host and meet new people. Getting a window into their world gave our trip to Tuscany so much more context, and even though we were far from home (Texas, USA), we felt at home at their table. We chose the cooking demo rather than the whole class- it was perfect to get to learn how to make the tiramisu and then sit around the table together with sparkling wine and wonderful local cheeses and meats and Anna’s delicious focaccia bread she made for us with another couple from London to talk about the world and laugh with new friends. 5 stars- you will love it!
