Le nostre ricette tramandate dalla tradizione delle nonne diventeranno le vostre ricette Il sapore del nostro vino Toscano saprà soddisfare il vostro palato ed esaltare il sapore dei piatti che prepareremo insieme a voi. Le tagliatelle fatte con le uova di gallina allevate a terra, condite con il ragù della nonna, accompagnate dai Tordelli di patate e pancetta conditi con la salvia del nostro orto. Saranno accompagnate da un Tiramisù fatto sul momento o da una magnifica torta di mele della valdichiana adornata con gelato di vaniglia.

My husband and I recently took a cooking class with Anna and Stefano at their home in Montepulciano. It was hands on and delicious food but also they welcome you into their home as though you were friends. It was an altogether lovely time that I highly recommend. Great people and great food!

Anna and Stephano did an excellent job showing us each steps of how to make the three dishes. They made it feel achievable and like you could duplicate it in your own home. I can’t wait to try some of the recipes on my own. Aside from showing us the steps, they also hosted us with a wonderful snack followed by our homemade pasta and dessert. You will not leave hungry. Their home is beautiful and gives you a sense of how Italians live. I would recommend them to friends and hope to visit again.

Anna and Stefano are the best hosts. Not only did we learn to cook, we made friends for life. Every detail was amazing and they both made us feel right at home. Anna is an exceptional cook and she does a great job instructing. Her stuffed ravioli is untouchable and the focaccia is out of this world. It was such a memorable experience and we can’t wait to bring all our friends and family back. Ten stars all the way!!!
