La nostra casa immersa nella campagna toscana e costruita in mattoni oltre 200 anni fa, diventerà la vostra casa per un giorno e la nostra cucina, pensate e realizzata per onorare al meglio i nostri amici ed ospiti, diventerà per voi un luogo familiare.
Le nostre ricette tramandate dalla tradizione delle nonne diventeranno le vostre ricette Il sapore del nostro vino Toscano saprà soddisfare il vostro palato ed esaltare il sapore dei piatti che prepareremo insieme a voi. Le tagliatelle fatte con le uova di gallina allevate a terra, condite con il ragù della nonna, accompagnate dai Tordelli di patate e pancetta conditi con la salvia del nostro orto. Saranno accompagnate da un Tiramisù fatto sul momento o da una magnifica torta di mele della valdichiana adornata con gelato di vaniglia

- Excellent Tuscan cooking experience. Anna and Stefano made the cooking class an unforgettable experience for us as a family. Even with our one year old son we were able to fully experience the cooking class and the little one was very welcomed. We can only recommend it to anyone who is looking for an authentic Tuscan cooking class in an adorable home with great hosts. We loved every bit of it. And if we are again in the area we will for sure come back for another session.
- Wow our cooking class with Anna and her husband was such a treat ! Anna is so passionate and knowledgeable, she is so welcoming and kind. My mom and I had a blast learning how to make pizza and focaccia. Anna and her husband have such a lovely home, they made us feel right at home. Thank you Anna for such a fun class and beautiful memories !

- We were welcomed with open arms by Anna and her husband Stefano and immediately felt welcome. Cooking was a lot of fun and a great experience. The kitchen is very nice and we used herbs picked fresh from the garden. We already look forward to make our own pasta at home. Anna was an incredible teacher. We had so much fun learning how to make pasta in such an intimate and beautiful setting. I was such a lovely evening to have dinner with them together after cooking. They even sang happy birthday to my husband, who had his birthday that evening. Highly recommend this course for anyone who wants a true Italian experience!
- What an amazing experience we had! Even our 17 month old Son loved every moment. Firstly, I am vegetarian and Anna kindly tailored the class around my diet. It was a privilege to make such amazing dishes including the tasty Tiramisu. My partner and I still haven't stop talking about our cooking class. But the cooking class is only part of the wonderful time we had, the hospitality and the chance to really sit down and spend time with Anna and Stefano was truly a special moment. To be welcomed into their stunning home and to cook food the Italian way was just so magical. And one of the highlights of our holiday. We couldn’t recommend this experience enough to anyone who wants to really have an immersive experience of Italian food, culture and wonderful Italian hosts. Thank you to Anna and Stefano for the memories!
