: I had a wonderful time at Antonella's. She taught me how to make pasta from scratch and we prepared two really delicious pasta dishes that we then tasted after the aperitivo. Thank you, Antonella!
: Antonella was an amazing teacher! She welcomed us into her home as if we were part of her family. We made several appetizers, a main course and dessert. We talked about the different ingredients and how they affect the flavors of the dish. When everything was prepared we set the table together and ate our delicious meal. Loved our time with Antonella!!!!! I want to go back!
: Antonella made our trip to Sicily even more special and we cannot thank her enough. Our shopping adventure through the market was one of our trips highlights. I took many pictures of the fresh vegetables , all so beautiful , the cheeses, coffees breads and pastries. We could have stayed there forever! We felt like “ home” at her apartment and cooking with her was euphoric It was a perfect day, a glorious meal and I took home recipes to make this weekend. Cannot wait. Thank you !!

Ho sempre amato cucinare, sin dalla mia adolescenza, qui nella mia casa, all'interno di un palazzo di metà '800 nel centro storico di Catania, città che con la bellezza del suo barocco, il suo clima, il suo terreno lavico dona ai prodotti un gran sapore."
