È sempre un'esperienza meravigliosa esplorare il pittoresco mercato coperto di Rimini, con i suoi numerosi banchi di pesce fresco appena pescato, frutta e verdura provenienti da produttori locali, formaggi e salumi. Il mercato del pesce di Rimini è uno dei più grandi della Romagna, conservando ancora il fascino tradizionale. Insieme, faremo una passeggiata attraverso il mercato, scegliendo gli ingredienti che utilizzeremo nel corso di una lezione di cucina che si terrà a casa mia. Durante la nostra lezione culinaria, prepareremo insieme la piadina, il caratteristico pane della Romagna, le tagliatelle, una pasta tipica della mia regione, e infine, come dolce, una deliziosa zuppa inglese, che, nonostante il nome, è un'autentica specialità romagnola. Vi aspetto con entusiasmo!

: Thank you Patrizia for offering these outstanding classes. Such a beautiful and fun way to experience the culture and history of this region. Patrizia is an amazing cook who takes great joy in sharing her skills and expertise with kindness, patience and laughter. Patrizia’s family members were all so welcoming as well. It felt less like a class, but more like a life spending a very special and enjoyable afternoon (& a delicious meal!) with a dear friend. I can’t wait to try the piadina and pasta recipes at home. One of my favorite memories of Italy. Grazie mille!

: I recently had the pleasure of attending a pasta and tiramisu course held in patrizias private home, and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed into a warm and authentic atmosphere that instantly set the tone for something special. The course was not only about learning recipes but also about discovering the heart and soul of Italian cooking. Making fresh pasta from scratch was both fun and rewarding, and the step-by-step guidance made it easy for everyone to follow along, regardless of skill level. The highlight, of course, was preparing (and later enjoying!) a heavenly tiramisu – creamy, balanced, and absolutely delicious. What made this event truly unforgettable was the personal touch: cooking together in such an intimate setting, sharing stories, laughter, and of course a wonderful meal at the end. It felt less like a class and more like being part of a family gathering in Italy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone looking not just to learn Italian cooking, but to enjoy a unique, authentic, and heartwarming experience.

La casa della nostra Cesarina Patrizia è un piccolo gioiello a due passi dal mare: un giardino con tanti fiori, un orto profumato e, in lontanaza, i gabbiani. "La mia passione per la cucina é nata quando mia nonna mi ha fatto salire su uno sgabello per aiutarla a cucinare, è stato bellissimo!
La mia cucina è semplice e fortemente legata al territorio romagnolo".
