Prediligo piatti semplici, preparati con pochi ingredienti genuini e di stagione, spesso raccolti direttamente dal mio orto e frutteto. Amo valorizzare i sapori autentici della terra, conditi con l’olio extravergine che produciamo in famiglia.La mia è una cucina tipica toscana, ma mi piace anche sperimentare: creo piatti originali che annoto con cura nel mio personale ricettario, nato con il tempo e con tanta passione.

- We had an amazing time for Rossana and her husband Alberto! They were incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming. We were in Italy for 3 weeks and this was definitely a top highlight. The food was incredible and they went above and beyond to make the experience amazing!!
- We had a amazing time with Rossana! Such sweet people welcoming us in their home. The food we made was delicioso. Easy to make (when she tells and shows you how) so you can make it at home as well. We really recommend to try this experience!
- I had the most amazing experience at Rosanna's class. She was so knowledgeable about cooking. Her and her husband were so welcoming, and we ate incredible food, and drank delicious local wine. Thankyou for an unforgettable experience! Would recommend to all types of traveller, I went as a solo traveller and it was great!
- I had a great time cooking with Rossana! She showed us how to make two different types of pasta dough, tiramisu, basil pesto and a tomato based sauce. She was very friendly and has a lot of knowledge! Her husband supported her during the class, cleaned in between, took care of our well beeing and kindly took on the role of a photographer. We talked a lot, they are very open and hospitable people! There house and garden are very beautiful, exactly as pictured on the photos. They also showed us their olive trees, which was very interesting. At the end we even got all the written recipes and a little gift to take home. I would definitly recommend this cooking class! Thank you so much for the warm welcome to your home and the amazing time and food we shared! :)
- This experience was an Absolute dream! Perfect! We are so happy we found this experience last minute. Rosanna is a passionate culinary genius who is also a natural teacher! The food we made together was magical and tasted better than every restaurant we have been to in Italy. Not only was the food amazing, we also felt like we were family Rosanna and Alberto were so welcoming and the conversations were natural and made the 4 hours pass like they were 1. Everyone must try this experience while in Lucca!
