"Amo ospitare e avere cura della tavola, cerco sempre di creare una mise en place con qualche ingrediente che richiami il menù o la stagionalità. Preferisco cucinare piatti di terra, tipici della tradizione toscana, non mi cimento troppo nei dolci... ma solamente per non mangiarne troppi!"

- We had a wonderful time cooking with Silvia! We learned so much and will be making these recipes back home.
- We had a wonderful experience with Silvia. She provided an authentic Italian educational cooking experience for our family of 4 (including our 2 young adult children) in her cozy, beautiful home. She walked us through the reasons behind her choice of recipes and our experience included 1 appetizer, 2 authentic meals and a dessert. She was wonderful and I highly recommend booking her for your visit.
- Silvia was fantastic and so was her recipes. My husband and I are here celebrating out 10th anniversary and it was very special to make some of Silvia’s favorite dishes . Everything was delicious !
- Overall it was a wonderful experience. Sylvia’s home was very welcoming and warm. The menu was exactly what I wanted -an unfamiliar appetizer, a simple pasta dish, and a desert to die for! I can’t wait to prepare all for my friends back home. Spectaculare!
