    We had a great time learning to cook with Davide. The property and views are beautiful, and we got to learn about the region’s culture. The meal was delicious and we took away recipes and techniques we can use at home which we definitely will. This was a unique Piemonte experience.on our trip!

    Our cooking class with Davide was one of the very best things about our trip to Italy. He brought us to his lovely home and we all worked together to make a simply wonderful meal. We went step by step through some local dishes, we each got to try parts of each dish. Davide was super knowledgable about the food, the wine and the area.     What a fantastic experience we had cooking with Davide! Davide met us in Alba, and we shopped in the local market (for anchovies and other things) before heading back to his home for our cooking class. His home and home kitchen are excellent. Davide and his wife were great hosts. We had good conversation while we cooked. Ravioli can seem cumbersome and time consuming, but the trick with the piping bag was fascinating. The meal (veal with tuna sauce, green sauce with anchovies, ravioli, baked peaches was the best. I would highly recommend spending an afternoon cooking with Davide.

    Meine Mutter und meine Großmütter haben mir die Liebe zum Kochen vermittelt. Im Laufe der Jahre habe ich verschiedene Kurse besucht, sowohl in Italien als auch im Ausland: Ich habe nämlich einige Zeit in London gelebt, wo ich im Weinbau tätig war, einer weiteren meiner großen Leidenschaften, und bin anschließend nach Neuseeland gezogen, ohne jemals die Aromen und Traditionen meiner Heimat zu vergessen.
