This was an experience I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life! Antonella and her family were so beautiful and welcoming, I truly felt at home. I admire Antonella and her knowledge and passion for traditional Calabrian produce and recipes. It is an experience you cannot miss if visiting the wonderful Reggio Calabria. The food was incredible, the company was heartwarming and the experience in total - I cannot rate more highly. Cesarina Rosa was the sweetest - she made us feel warm and welcome in her home, taught us how to make the most excellent pasta with vegetables and tiramisu, and truly made my husbands birthday special. We would cook with her everyday if we could!
Elisabetta was an amazing teacher and host. We had a great time not only learning how to make pasta, but also the history and culture behind some of them. I would definitely take a class with Elisabetta again when I am in Italy!

We loved our experience with Loredana! We felt so welcome in her home. It was both unexpected and amazing to cook and eat with her, her husband, and two of their friends. These friends, from New Zealand and Peru, helped to translate between Italian and English. It was such a treat to sit at a table with four different continents represented. The night resulted in lots of laughter, regardless of the language barrier. For the cooking part -- Loredana showed us how to make fresh pasta dough. While the dough rested, we sat down to have a glass of wine while admiring the view outside. We came back inside to roll out the dough and cut it into taglietelle, it was quite the workout! Afterwards, Loredana came out with the most incredible array of food. She had made a delightful meat sauce to mix into the pasta which we enjoyed as a first course. She then brought out a feast! So many delicious and different bites of food. We ended with some of the best tiramisu we've ever had. The only warning is that her home is a bit difficult to find, as it is a little off the main path. Google maps brought us to the main path, but the help stopped there. We struggled to find where to go until we called Loredana for help, and they came out to find us. Overall, this was a highlight of our trip to Italy. We're so glad we found Loredana and her family, and hope to visit again someday! Thank you!
We had wonderful day with Sara Sara walked us albg the market and city and explained a lot regarding the local products, vendors and traditions Sara’s house has a great atmosphere, we enjoyed the cooking demonstration The food was delicious Highly recommend !
Had a wonderful evening with Barbara! She was welcoming and made us feel right at home! Her instructions were clear and we learned a lot about pasta making but also Italian food in general!
