I await you in a magical place, surrounded by nature in Bagheria, amidst citrus, loquats, and olive trees, facing the sea and Mount Catalfano.  "I like to savor rural life in all its facets; every day I collect fresh eggs to make pasta and vegetables for my omelettes. I live in the hills in a house with a large and bright veranda and a beautiful garden with a wood oven and barbecue. I love the company and the cuisine of my territory, which I sometimes like to revisit with a personal and modern touch."

We had a fantastic experience cooking with Antonella. We felt welcome from the start and the whole family had a great time learning how to make real Italian pizza. Antonella and Franco were especially keen to teach our 9-year-old all the tricks and we left happy and full. Our best recommendation.

Do not hesitate to book with Antonella! Her outdoor kitchen space is spectacular, especially with the views of her multiple fruit trees in the garden. Together we cooked two typically Sicilian dishes which we then enjoyed with wine. She had also previously prepared 4 appetizers, including KM 0 ricotta cheese, to eat during the cooking class - all delicious and very fresh. Because Antonella only speaks some English and my Italian is very basic, we did use translation apps on our phones to understand each other better. Grazie Antonella and until next time!

An immersive, delightful and cheerful experience at Antonella's colorful home. We were welcomed and pampered by the fully serene atmosphere, the scents and flavors of her genuine and traditional dishes, made with true passion. Donning aprons, our experience as cooks also began, guided by Antonella's wisdom. Lunch fully satisfied us, as did the serenity, joy, and great availability of the Cesarina hostess. I truly recommend anyone who loves cuisine with sincere and accurate flavors to experience Antonella's home!

Antonella was an exceptional hostess, an excellent cook, sunny, friendly and dynamic. We chose her Cooking Class proposal for a corporate Team Building event and everything was perfect! Antonella catered to the needs of our large group by integrating vegetarian and vegan alternatives into the menu, thus satisfying everyone. The menu includes a wide variety of dishes; we had the pleasure of tasting: caponata, sfincione, mixed cheeses, arancine, panelle, potato croquettes, almond paste pastries and a fabulous cannolo!
