I will welcome you to my home, on warm days we can be on the terrace, to share together an experience that seems long gone. In days gone by, we would gather in homes and the older women - grandmothers and aunts - would share the secrets of cooking with the younger women. You will take this wonderful experience with you, having the opportunity to prepare, from start to finish, an authentic Apulian pasta dish entirely homemade. It will be a gift you can share with your family and friends. I look forward to it.
