    If you visit Bari, you cannot miss the iconic spaghetti all'assassina! I invite you to my home for an authentic cooking class where you will learn how to prepare them in the traditional way. I'll show you every step, revealing all the secrets to achieve a crispy, flavorful and perfectly "seared" pasta. I will welcome you with a glass of wine, olives and typical taralli, then we will move to the stove to cook this Bari specialty together. Finally, we will enjoy the fruits of our labor with another glass of wine. A tasty and fun experience to take home a real piece of Puglia!

    It was an experience as I had hoped it would be. Monica is a wonderful host. Nice and friendly and very helpful. She made us a wonderful dinner and we were pleased to come in her house and meet her family and friends. Nice to see how she made the pasta and tells with love about food and cooking. And also the dessert was delicious. A good choice to do!
