Your experience

Cappelletto Romagnolo reigns supreme on the tables of Romagna, a symbol that is renewed on holidays, on quiet Sundays, in every restaurant and during every festival. Together, we will learn the art of rolling out the pastry and preparing the filling following the recipe handed down from my dear grandmother. We will taste cappelletti topped with a delicious meat sauce and the lightness of cream, and then finish with a sweet Romagnola doughnut, the brazadela, freshly kneaded according to my family's tradition, all accompanied by a good coffee.

I have a deep love for leavened goodies, especially tigelle, Romagnola flatbread, and pizza. This culinary passion stems from the affection my grandmother instilled in me for good food, homemade pasta, and the traditional sweets of our region. Each dish becomes a tribute to authentic flavors and culinary traditions that I proudly uphold.
