Together, we will learn the art of rolling out the pastry and preparing the filling following the recipe handed down from my dear grandmother. We will taste cappelletti topped with a delicious meat sauce and the lightness of cream, and then finish with a sweet Romagnola doughnut, the brazadela, freshly kneaded according to my family's tradition, all accompanied by a good coffee.
