The Piadina Romagnola, undisputed queen of tables throughout Romagna and beyond, evokes the call of our sea and summer vacations, allowing it to be combined with an infinite variety of ingredients: ham, figs, cheese, salami, Nutella and more, giving free rein to our culinary creativity. In my area, tradition calls for thick and soft piadina, which we will prepare together following the authentic recipe enriched with olive oil. We will also make calzones, filled with tomato and mozzarella or sausage and potatoes, another treat I love. We will bake everything together and enjoy these gastronomic pleasures while chatting amicably.
