You will be guests in my home in a beautiful panoramic location just a few steps from the center of Cefalù. You will experience authentic Sicilian cuisine, which we have inherited from centuries of history and tradition, and which expresses all the most representative smells and flavors of the island. With this experience you will learn how to make two different formats of fresh egg pasta with their respective toppings, which will vary according to the season. In addition, we will prepare tiramisu together that you will look forward to enjoying! All this will be accompanied by local organic wine.

: Rosamaria warmly welcomed us as soon as we stepped out of our cab. From beginning to end, the evening was spectacular, the food was amazing, the wine perfect, and the setting spectacular. An evening to remember.

: Our dinner with Rosamaria remains one of the highlights of our Sicilian vacation, now in its third week. Her home was charming and welcoming, with a wonderful balcony overlooking Cefalù and the Tyrrhenian Sea. She engaged with us as she prepared our meal, describing what she was doing with her food, or telling us about Cefalù or Sicily. The meal itself was spectacular--it seemed like the delicious food just wouldn't stop coming out of Rosamaria's kitchen! We lived our time with her, would do it again the next time we are in Italy, and would highly recommend Rosamaria. She was a superb host in every aspect.
