Your experience

You will be guests in my home in a beautiful panoramic location just a few steps from the center of Cefalù. You will experience authentic Sicilian cuisine, which we have inherited from centuries of history and tradition, and which expresses all the most representative smells and flavors of the island. With this experience you will learn how to make two different formats of fresh egg pasta with their respective toppings, which will vary according to the season. In addition, we will prepare tiramisu together that you will look forward to enjoying! All this will be accompanied by local organic wine.

: We had an amazing time cooking with Rosamaria. She took all the time in the world to learn us to make a couple of authentic Sicilian dishes. After that she opened up her house for us to have a lovely dinner. It was truely a lovely experience.
: Rosamaria was an absolute delight! We learned so much about Sicilian food, culture, a little Italian and of course some wonderful recipes and cooking techniques, we will take home with us! To cook in a real Italian home and learn not only about the food but her life is a unique experience you can’t typically find as a traveler. She was warm, generous and had clearly put a lot of thought and preparation into our class. Having a meal we prepared with her in her home will be a highlight of our trip. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you for this amazing opportunity 🇮🇹❤️.
