Hello everyone, I am Andrea, and I would be happy to welcome you to my home to spend a pleasant day dedicated to the discovery of some traditional Sardinian dishes. Together we will prepare the delicious culurgiones and ravioli, the first ones filled with potatoes, cheese and aromas typical of our region. The dough is prepared with water and remilled semolina flour, following the recipe handed down from generation to generation, while the ravioli are filled with sheep ricotta and mint. We end on a sweet note with tiramisu famous for fonni cookies, a mouth-watering dessert ideal for a great end to a meal. We will have the pleasure of tasting what we have prepared together, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. It will be a special occasion.

- My girlfriend and I went to this cooking class in Sardinia in May 2026, what an amazing evening we had, we experienced a true Italian evening with the most wonderful family. We learned to make the Culurgiones, spent time in the garden talking sipping beverages then onto our dinner in this fabulous county home. The food was amazing, the company was top notch, we really did not want to leave as this family truly makes you feel apart of there family, we will definitely be back! 5 star rating if I could I would give it 6 stars!
