Your experience

    You will be hosted in Montecorvino Pugliano, a hill town of medieval origin just a few kilometers from the city of Salerno. From our panoramic terrace you can admire the picturesque Amalfi and Sorrento coastlines seen on the horizon. A typical menu of Campania cuisine to discover its authenticity through selected and local raw materials. Buffalo mozzarella refined from the best dairies in our area with eggplant parmigiana as the first course, accompanied by our homemade bread; Sorrentine gnocchi to follow, from sauce to pasta of our own production and infinr the Babà al Rum to conclude our culinary journey. There will be no shortage of indigenous wine, whose vineyards make this land the star of Campania's best Aglianico production.

    This project of opening a home restaurant originates from the love and dedication of a Campanian family. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Father Aniello, an experienced beekeeper and a knowledgeable enthusiast of local traditions. He will guide his curious guests through interesting guided experiences. Mother Daniela, with her charisma and originality, has the ability to engage all the guests who come to visit us. Vincenzo, whose passion for food and love for his land led him to become an agronomist and sommelier, will provide an indispensable contribution in welcoming our guests through his expertise. Finally, Annachiara and Letizia: the former studied in Rome to become a dental hygiene doctor, and her passion for culinary art has led her to collect all the secrets of Campanian cuisine since she was a child; the latter is an artist's daughter, a fashion designer, and the creator of the Alici in filo brand. With her creativity and refinement, she will be delighted to contribute her spirit to this project. It will be Daniela and Annachiara, in particular, who will dedicate themselves to the preparation of culinary creations with the goal of conveying the tradition and love for Campanian cuisine.
