Introducing our 'Scent of Summer' menu! A fresh menu where Amalfi Coast lemons accompany us on a taste of summer with their fragrance, freshness, and sun-like color. We'll begin with a refreshing 'Cesarine Fantasy' aperitif paired with Grana cheese wafers and vegetables. Together, we'll prepare a typical coastal dish from Campanian cuisine, spaghetti with walnuts, Cetara anchovy sauce, and a zesty touch of lemon zest. The second course features local double-cooked octopus served on a bed of chicory and freshly baked bread. To conclude the meal, we'll refresh your palate with a lemon tiramisu, accompanied by our homemade fennel and medlar liqueurs!
