My family had a wonderful time with Maurizio and Marco. We did a little tour of Bologna and went through a market first. Then we went to his home and learned how to make dough for pasta which went with ragu he had made. We also made piadina which are thin grilled sandwiches and panna cottage for dessert. Everything came out delicious even when we messed up a little. It was so much fun spending time with them and drinking wine throughout.

Maurizio was a lovely host. He made us very welcome in his home. The class was very relaxed and he got you on board cooking. He gave us some great tips on how best to make pasta dough. Layer the lasagne and use butter on the top to get a crunch. I would definitely text a class with Maurizio

Lasagne cooking class -

What can I say, a fantastic experience. Maurizio is a wonderful person, from the beginning he made us feel at home, welcoming us into his marvelous home! Between laughs and a few anecdotes here and there, he revealed and showed us the secrets to making proper homemade pasta; the sauces he prepared were DIVINE! My sister Giulia, my mother Paola, and I thank him very much again for the fantastic experience he gave us!
