During the visit to the Mola di Bari fish market, we will have the opportunity to choose fresh fish just landed from the fishing boats of our trusted suppliers, unless adverse marine weather conditions prevent the unloading of the boats, in which case we will choose the fish directly in the store. Afterwards, we will carefully prepare the dishes. During the experience, participants will enjoy an appetizer of bruschetta prepared with homemade bread and tomato, followed by a hearty fish barbecue and a traditional dessert.
