    Hello, I'm Giulia, a passionate lover of cooking, traditions, and family. I'll be delighted to introduce you to our typical dishes: cured meats, cheeses, white pizza, and porchetta for an unforgettable appetizer. I'll guide you in preparing carbonara following the Roman tradition, and then we'll savor it together. Afterwards, we'll taste the legendary Roman-style saltimbocca with butter and sage, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and an excellent Lazio DOC wine. To conclude, we'll enjoy homemade tiramisu, coffee, and lots of cheer. I can't wait to welcome you!

    We had a great time making 3 classic Italian dishes! Guilia and her family welcomed us into their home lovingly! We learned so much and the food was amazing. I can't wait to show off my new skills to my friends back in the US! 10/10 worth the money! The whole family was wonderful and answered all of our silly questions and made us feel like family. It was also very cool to see such a lovely traditional home !

    The love for cooking started as a girl with desserts and then gradually growing up and creating a large family it came to me to have fun cooking not only out of need but also out of passion; tradition and the union of food , family and friends sitting at a table, has always made me feel the warmth and joy of living. I have often lived far from my Rome but I have always continued to prepare the dishes of our tradition to feel at home. With a mother from the Marche region , a Neapolitan dad, and a Sicilian husband you can't help but love Italian cuisine in general. Now the children have grown up and become even more demanding and critical, and this stimulates me more and more to improve. In the kitchen I find my dimension as in hospitality in general. Welcome is whoever enters my house.
