Welcome! My name is Giulia, and I live in Rome, away from the city traffic and just 10 minutes from the Ostia seaside. My family consists of my husband and three children aged 11, 23, and 27. I love cooking and would like to do it with you. We'll start with an aperitif, then get hands-on as we create our traditional dishes: fettuccine, lasagna, and ravioli. I'll let you taste our Lazio DOC wine and conclude with coffee and a sweet treat to finish on a high note!

I have often lived far from my Rome but I have always continued to prepare the dishes of our tradition to feel at home. With a mother from the Marche region , a Neapolitan dad, and a Sicilian husband you can't help but love Italian cuisine in general. Now the children have grown up and become even more demanding and critical, and this stimulates me more and more to improve. In the kitchen I find my dimension as in hospitality in general.
