Hello everyone, and welcome to my home. If you're here in Rome, you can't miss trying our food and learning how to make our typical dishes. I'm Giulia, and I live just 10 minutes from the Ostia seaside. The villa I reside in has a garden that's lush and full of flowers during this season, providing us with the opportunity to dine on the patio, starting with a tasty aperitif rich with the flavors of my Rome. I'll serve you porchetta, pizza, cured meats, cheeses, supplì, accompanied by good wine; moreover, you'll learn how to make carbonara, amatriciana, and handmade ravioli. You won't find a more traditional menu than this!

We attended Giulia’s class during our honeymoon and I can tell you it was the highlight of our trip. Giulia and her family welcomed us into her home and we felt as though we were surrounded by our own family. I cannot recommend this experience enough, we left knowing how to cook three pasta dishes and with a smile on our face!

"The love for cooking started as a girl with desserts and then gradually growing up and creating a large family it came to me to have fun cooking not only out of need but also out of passion; tradition and the union of food , family and friends sitting at a table, has always made me feel the warmth and joy of living. I have often lived far from my Rome but I have always continued to prepare the dishes of our tradition to feel at home. With a mother from the Marche region , a Neapolitan dad, and a Sicilian husband you can't help but love Italian cuisine in general. Now the children have grown up and become even more demanding and critical, and this stimulates me more and more to improve. In the kitchen I find my dimension as in hospitality in general. Welcome is whoever enters my house ".
