    Hello everyone, and welcome to my home. If you're here in Rome, you can't miss trying our food and learning how to make our typical dishes. I'm Giulia, and I live just 10 minutes from the Ostia seaside. The villa I reside in has a garden that's lush and full of flowers during this season, providing us with the opportunity to dine on the patio, starting with a tasty aperitif rich with the flavors of my Rome. I'll serve you porchetta, pizza, cured meats, cheeses, supplì, accompanied by good wine; moreover, you'll learn how to make carbonara, amatriciana, and handmade ravioli. You won't find a more traditional menu than this!

    We had a great time with Giulia, she is a warm person and I loved her way to teach us how to cook. We also appreciated her beautiful house and kitchen… it was really nice to come this area. Thank you for your hospitality !

    I was absolutely blown away by Giulia’s warm hospitality and heartfelt cooking. Located just a little outside the hustle and bustle of central Rome, her place offered a tropical-like atmosphere that felt like a peaceful escape. Thanks to Giulia’s cheerful and welcoming personality, I instantly felt at ease—it was as if we had known each other for a long time. Her explanations were clear and engaging, and I gained a deeper appreciation for authentic Italian home cooking. It was a truly enriching experience from start to finish. For anyone wondering what kind of person Giulia is—don’t worry. She’s genuinely wonderful. This has become one of the places I definitely want to return to the next time I visit Rome.     We had a great time making 3 classic Italian dishes! Guilia and her family welcomed us into their home lovingly! We learned so much and the food was amazing. I can't wait to show off my new skills to my friends back in the US! 10/10 worth the money! The whole family was wonderful and answered all of our silly questions and made us feel like family. It was also very cool to see such a lovely traditional home !

    My evening with Giulia was incredible ! The highlight of my trip to Italy! She went above and beyond to make my evening with her and her family so enjoyable. I learned not only how to make homemade pasta for Fettuccine, ravioli, carbonara and amatriciana, but she laid out a beautiful & delicious Charcuterie board to nibble on. Giulia and her Lovely family made my time cooking with her an enjoyable event. I would not hesitate to book another class or two with Giulia the next time I’m in Italy.

    The love for cooking started as a girl with desserts and then gradually growing up and creating a large family it came to me to have fun cooking not only out of need but also out of passion; tradition and the union of food , family and friends sitting at a table, has always made me feel the warmth and joy of living. I have often lived far from my Rome but I have always continued to prepare the dishes of our tradition to feel at home. With a mother from the Marche region , a Neapolitan dad, and a Sicilian husband you can't help but love Italian cuisine in general. Now the children have grown up and become even more demanding and critical, and this stimulates me more and more to improve. In the kitchen I find my dimension as in hospitality in general. Welcome is whoever enters my house.
