    The Ground Menu (meat and vegetables) will consist of:

    • 1 Antipasto (surprise among Eggplant Parmigianina, Tortino di scarola e acciughe, Panzanella caprese, Millefoglie di burrata puntarelle e alici, etc.)
    • 1 Primo (surprise between Pasta alla norma, Pasta/ Risotto with pumpkin, Tagliatelle with meat sauce, etc)

    We truly enjoyed our lunch and afternoon with Rosanna and her family. They did an amazing job speaking English to us the whole afternoon and their home is in a safe area. I would certainly recommend her as a hostess!!

    I love cooking for others. The dishes range from appetizers to tasty platters, the first courses of fish, meat or vegetables cannot be missing, accompanied by family-produced olive oil. The lasagna is the ace in the hole, with homemade puree. For the second courses, red and white meats, cooked with various types of cooking, ranging from veal rolls with Campania sauce, to cheek braised in Piedmontese Barolo, to meatballs from all over Italy, up to fish. To finish, the homemade dessert.
