Small group market tour, hands-on cooking class with 3 recipes followed by a 3-course menu with the recipes prepared during the class.
Shared Experience
In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
Your experience
- Roman white focaccia with mortadella, caciofiore, and baby artichokes or chicory shoots
- Ravioli with ricotta and spinach (homemade pasta) with butter and sage
- Tiramisu with coffee and cocoa
The experience consists of 3 phases: the first, at the historic campo de fiori market, we will take a tour of about an hour where you will get in touch with the beating heart of the city's central district, discovering its history, secrets and products. Here we will also make purchases of most of the products we will use in the cooking class.
The second phase will occur in my home just behind Campo de fiori, among the alleys of the Regola district. The houses here all date back more or less to the 1500s, and we will begin cooking a menu together with the products purchased at the market.
